StoneLuxe 500 is the ILS floor coating system built on urethane and polyaspartic materials rather than epoxy. Homeowners usually ask about it for a garage that looks stained and dusty, a laundry or utility room that is hard to keep clean, or a storage area they want to finish.

- 2. Repair first. We repair before we restore. Cracks and damaged areas are addressed as part of preparation before coating.
- 3. Prepare and coat. The surface is prepared and the StoneLuxe 500 urethane/polyaspartic system is applied.
- 4. Confirm the details in writing. Before work begins, ask for written pricing, scheduling, the coating-specific return-to-use instructions and the LIMITED workmanship warranty terms that apply to your property.

ILS offers a 5-year LIMITED workmanship warranty for fully owner-occupied residential properties only: the homeowner lives there and no part is rented. A 1-year LIMITED workmanship warranty applies to all rental and commercial properties, including owner-occupied homes with any portion rented to tenants. Coverage is for eligible adhesion/delamination, subject to the written warranty terms and exclusions.
